Role Overview

StarChem, LLC seeks a disciplined and experienced Forex and Crypto Asset Trader to oversee and optimize the company’s digital asset and foreign exchange portfolios. This role demands deep knowledge of global currency markets, crypto trading strategies, and robust risk management. The successful candidate will execute trades, protect capital, and deliver consistent, data-driven results aligned with the company’s financial goals and risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities

Execute large-scale forex and cryptocurrency trades across multiple platforms and exchanges
Develop and apply both short- and long-term trading strategies based on market analysis
Monitor global markets, macroeconomic trends, and crypto price movements in real time
Oversee and rebalance crypto holdings including Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, and stablecoins
Perform technical and fundamental analysis to identify profitable opportunities
Establish and enforce risk management protocols, including stop-loss rules and exposure limits
Track portfolio performance and provide regular reporting to directors and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal governance standards
Maintain secure handling of digital assets, wallets, and exchange accounts

Required Qualifications

3 or more years of proven experience in forex trading and/or cryptocurrency trading
Strong understanding of FX markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset ecosystems
Demonstrated track record of profitable trading and favorable risk-adjusted returns
Proficiency with trading platforms such as MetaTrader, Binance, Coinbase Pro, Kraken, and similar tools
Advanced analytical skills for interpreting charts, indicators, and market signals
Experience with portfolio management tools and reporting dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

Background in finance, economics, quantitative analysis, or related field
Certifications such as CFA, Series 3, or other relevant trading credentials
Experience managing institutional or corporate portfolios
Familiarity with algorithmic trading or automated strategies

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $67.50 - $93.12 per hour
