Job Description

This full-time remote role places you within MASA's Consumer Finance division as the analytics owner, driving data-informed decisions, supporting FP&A and operational analysis, and building dashboards and models to support strategic initiatives.

Location

Remote role based in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end financial analytics for the Consumer division, guiding scope, modeling, analysis, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial and operational models, primarily in Excel, serving as the foundation for decision-making.
  • Develop sales and marketing forecasts, including volume, conversion, and unit economics assumptions.
  • Design and maintain automated dashboards and reporting pipelines, with increasing use of Power BI.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process and establish trackable frameworks to measure performance throughout the year.
  • Lead monthly forecasting and variance analysis, delivering clear, actionable commentary for leadership.
  • Translate complex analyses into concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence/data analytics.
  • Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, charts, variance analysis) and experience with Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell clear, compelling data stories for senior audiences.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of ownership and driving growth.
  • Bonus points for experience with budgeting/forecasting software, sales pipeline forecasting in consumer products or insurance/benefits, or advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA).
