Job Description

Triad Financial Services Inc, based in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a Commercial Finance Relationship Specialist I to manage credit lines, review orders, and monitor inventory across rental portfolios and communities. This onsite position emphasizes sustaining strong relationships with manufacturers and plant partners while ensuring timely payoffs, interest accruals, and inventory actions to support the company’s financing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build a thorough understanding of Triad Financial Services policies, processes, and procedures related to lines of credit.
  • Perform daily maintenance of credit lines to ensure current status and accuracy.
  • Assess and decide on incoming order requests.
  • Track inventory that is sold and on display, with proactive follow-up as needed.
  • Coordinate payoffs, monthly interest accruals, and curtailments to keep accounts in good standing.
  • Review daily inventory audit reports and take necessary action.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with manufacturers and plants to support credit activities.
  • Oversee rental portfolios when units on floorplans convert to Rental status.
  • Maintain regular communication with communities to strengthen relationships.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for rental portfolios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business preferred but not required.
  • Approximately two years of prior work experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn the proprietary computer system used to manage accounts.
  • Capability to prepare or review documents and reports using Microsoft Office-based tools.
  • Strong organizational, clerical, numeric, and both oral and written communication skills.
  • Knewledge of customer service principles and practices.

Compensation Details

  • Hourly wage: USD 24 - 26
