Job Description

Finance Director at Senior Services Plus guides financial data analysis and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, while coordinating funding source reporting to satisfy GAAP standards and funder requirements. This onsite role is based in Alton, Illinois and supports the executive leadership and program teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review financial data and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Coordinate reporting related to funding sources.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and program directors to organize resources in line with GAAP and ensure compliance with funding entities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in nonprofit or public accounting.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel; experience with Abila Payroll and ADP preferred.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.

Job Description

Pay

Salary: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
