Finance Leadership Trainee

Uline offers a structured path for finance professionals through its three-year Finance Leadership Trainee program, based onsite in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This immersive program rotates through core finance functions—Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Credit—while providing mentorship and culminating in a leadership placement upon completion.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and supporting documents such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Reach out to customers by phone and email to assist them with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to guide team performance, deliver strong customer service, and build relationships with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience is a plus.
