Job Description

The Fast Track to Management program at New York Life Insurance Company accelerates high-potential financial professionals into leadership roles through client-focused planning that encompasses insurance, retirement, and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, guiding them through financial planning, insurance, retirement, and investment strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and craft customized solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Grow the client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of financial products and current market trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior financial professionals as part of the management track.
  • Meet sales goals and performance metrics required for consideration on the management track.
  • Participate in professional development and leadership training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
  • Proven success in sales, finance, management, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
  • Prior leadership experience or clear leadership potential.
  • Life and Health Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain.
  • Series 6/7 and 63/66 FINRA registrations or willingness to obtain.
