Portfolio Trader

Responsibilities

• Trade equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and fixed income across client accounts
• Implement and rebalance firm models across custodial platforms
• Monitor trade allocations, block trading, and post-trade reconciliation
• Ensure adherence to firm investment guidelines and IPS requirements
• Maintain trade blotters and documentation for compliance oversight
• Support tax-aware trading and gain/loss management
• Coordinate with custodians and internal operations teams to resolve trade-related issues
• Assist with portfolio transitions and new account onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred)
• Active Series 65 license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of trading experience (RIA, asset management firm, or broker-dealer)
• Experience trading individual securities and managing model portfolios
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction and rebalancing principles
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Compensation

Base salary range: USD 70,000 – 95,000 per year
