Sr. Financial Analyst - Ridenow Phoenix

RideNow Powersports, rooted in the Phoenix area, relies on a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen the regional FP&A function through precise reporting, forecasting, and analytics. This role supports regional financial processes and partners with finance, business, and technology teams in a fast paced setting to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong finance foundation and a proactive mindset for process improvement and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of regional financial and business metrics around month end, identify key drivers, and present actionable recommendations to business and finance leadership.
• Direct essential financial processes, including monthly and quarterly reviews, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning cycles.
• Champion process improvements by creating new models, refining communication methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Compile and communicate fact-based insights for senior business and financial leadership groups, supporting deep analytics initiatives.
• Operate with a high degree of independence in a dynamic environment with competing deadlines.
• Conduct financial and ad hoc analyses, delivering data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proven experience building financial models for forecasting and variance analysis.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with adept written and verbal communication.
• Experience developing three-statement financial models.
• Track record of driving projects to completion.
• SQL, DAX, Power BI, and Tableau skills are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc.
• Experience with reporting and planning software like Vena, Datarails, Prophix, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.
• Familiarity with CDK/Lightspeed and the powersports or automotive industry is a plus.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a workstation.
