Advisor Business Development Client Relations

Serve and maintain a portion of the owner’s existing book of business, including client meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing financial planning support
Identify opportunities to expand relationships by understanding clients’ goals, values, and life changes
Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and delivering personalized advice
Prepare, process, and submit all client paperwork accurately and in a timely manner for clients personally advised
Collaborate closely with team members to deliver seamless client experience

Series 7 license required, Series 66 license preferred but can be obtained within 6 months of hire date
Prior experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial services role
Deeply client focused – you care about doing what’s right not just what sells
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to follow through
Willingness to handle own client paperwork and administrative tasks
Strong communicator who can explain investing and wealth management in a clear approachable way
A team player who values collaboration and contributes positively to workplace culture
