What you will do

Work with existing Schwab clients, delivering wealth management and financial planning guidance.
Grow your practice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.
Develop and maintain client relationships focused on trust, collaboration, and long-term goals.

What you have

A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license.
Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job.
Pursuant to SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the NMLS registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process.

Preferred qualifications

Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client relationship by applying a focused client communication strategy and exceeding client expectations.
Willingness to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, market knowledge, and your ability to inspire action to help clients progress toward their goals.
Openness to manage wealth on behalf of clients including retirement planning, education planning, investment management, banking and lending management, insurance and risk management, and estate planning.
Ability to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve.
Passion for community engagement to share and discuss market conditions, sound investing principles, and ideal wealth and long-term strategies for clients’ situations.
Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience while pursuing your own professional development in wealth management.
