Location: Rock Valley, IA 51247
Role: Ag/Business Banker based in Rock Valley, Iowa.
Essential Duties
- generate, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of agricultural and commercial loans
- assist customers with a variety of banking transactions
Requirements
- 2- to 4-year degree in an agriculture- or business-related field
- Preference will be given to candidates with agricultural banking or ag-related sales experience
- Active involvement in the Rock Valley community
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and personable
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
