- Oversee portfolio performance across a real estate asset base, with a focus on maximizing value and long-term returns
- Identify and quantify risk across the portfolio, including market dynamics, lease maturities, and regulatory considerations
- Collaborate with property management while operating at a strategic, ownership-focused level
- Model asset performance using financial projections, cash flow analysis, and scenario testing
- Assess opportunities for development, acquisitions, repositioning, or disposition
- Develop structural foundations where practices and processes do not yet exist, including playbooks
- Contribute meaningfully to a growing organization where your input and ideas are valued
