Job Description

AT&T presents a senior leadership opportunity in Orlando to oversee credit risk and collections operations. This on-site role blends strategic execution with hands-on leadership, guiding the credit and collections team and aligning with cross-functional partners to protect cash flow and support customer outcomes. Based in Orlando, you will implement strategies, mentor staff, and coordinate with sales, finance, and other stakeholders to optimize credit policies and collections performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the department's operations and day-to-day initiatives, ensuring consistent execution of plans.
  • Execute strategies established by senior leadership and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Lead staff across entry-level and professional levels within the organization.
  • Influence decisions regarding hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, promotions, and pay decisions for subordinates.
  • Credit risk and collections management: assess and monitor client creditworthiness, approve or decline credit applications based on thorough analysis, and develop and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and bad debt.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to align credit policies and communicate effectively; prepare and present regular credit and collections performance reports to senior management.
  • Provide leadership to the credit and collections team, ensuring training, motivation, and efficiency; develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance.
  • Offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the team to support continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, maintain high levels of customer service, ensure compliance with relevant laws, manage external agency relationships, and evaluate technology solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

Compensation Offered

Salary range for this role is $106,100 to $159,100 per year. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
