Crown Financial Group seeks an on-site Associate Financial Advisor in Oxford, MS, offering USD 92,000 - 110,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze comprehensive client financial data to assess current circumstances, goals, risk tolerance, and develop tailored, actionable financial plans
  • Assess client objectives and propose a range of suitable financial products and services designed to help meet short and long term goals
  • Proactively network within the community and industry to build trusted relationships and grow a durable, high‑potential client base
  • Identify speaking engagements and educational opportunities to inform clients about financial planning while promoting services and building conversion opportunities
  • Monitor market developments and industry trends to keep recommendations current and aligned with changing conditions
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth by engaging in continuing education, attending seminars, and pursuing relevant training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field from an accredited program
  • Prior experience in a financial advisory role or an equivalent position within the financial services sector
  • Valid qualification certificates such as FCA, CII, DipFA, CISI, or other recognized credentials
  • Strong ability to interpret market data and translate insights into practical guidance for clients
  • Proven track record delivering data-driven financial recommendations that clients can trust
  • Skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts so clients with diverse backgrounds can understand
  • Proficiency with a broad set of software tools including Microsoft Office, Excel, financial planning platforms, and CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and presentation abilities essential for client interactions and stakeholder engagement
