Job Description

Join NettWorth Financial Group in Cumming, GA for a mentor-led, full-time role designed to support your growth as a financial advisor. You will service a client book, contribute to comprehensive financial planning, oversee portfolio alignment with client goals, and participate in business development, all within a collaborative environment that provides strong administrative and marketing support. Compensation

Pay: USD 70,000 - 90,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Service the Senior Advisor’s book of business
  • Lead client review meetings and manage multiple client relationships
  • Oversee and monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with goals
  • Provide market quotes, place orders, rebalance accounts as directed
  • Prepare financial plans and investment recommendations under supervision
  • Analyze financial statements, perform calculations, and run illustrations
  • Research and resolve client service issues as needed
  • Calendar management for scheduling meetings, conference calls, confirmations, and materials
  • Maintain accurate client information in proprietary systems and CRM
  • Draft written and electronic correspondence as needed
  • Process cashiering and asset movement requests such as distributions, wires, and checks
  • Generate referrals and cultivate new client and professional relationships
  • Provide office administrative support as needed
  • Manage new client onboarding, including paperwork, account opening, and communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Industry and product knowledge
  • Strong customer relationship skills, service orientation, data entry accuracy, confidentiality, problem resolution, and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRMs such as Redtail
  • Experience with virtual meeting applications such as Go To Webinar and Zoom
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends depending on event schedule
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum four years of experience in the financial services industry or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by the firm
  • Client service and relationship management experience required

Licenses and Certifications

  • FINRA Series 7, Series 65, and Life and Health licenses required, with a commitment to ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure
  • Series 7 designation required
