Compensation
Pay: USD 70,000 - 90,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Service the Senior Advisor’s book of business
- Lead client review meetings and manage multiple client relationships
- Oversee and monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with goals
- Provide market quotes, place orders, rebalance accounts as directed
- Prepare financial plans and investment recommendations under supervision
- Analyze financial statements, perform calculations, and run illustrations
- Research and resolve client service issues as needed
- Calendar management for scheduling meetings, conference calls, confirmations, and materials
- Maintain accurate client information in proprietary systems and CRM
- Draft written and electronic correspondence as needed
- Process cashiering and asset movement requests such as distributions, wires, and checks
- Generate referrals and cultivate new client and professional relationships
- Provide office administrative support as needed
- Manage new client onboarding, including paperwork, account opening, and communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Industry and product knowledge
- Strong customer relationship skills, service orientation, data entry accuracy, confidentiality, problem resolution, and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRMs such as Redtail
- Experience with virtual meeting applications such as Go To Webinar and Zoom
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Energetic and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends depending on event schedule
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum four years of experience in the financial services industry or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by the firm
- Client service and relationship management experience required
Licenses and Certifications
- FINRA Series 7, Series 65, and Life and Health licenses required, with a commitment to ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure
- Series 7 designation required
