Central Associate Advisor

In Lehi, Utah, this hybrid Central Associate Advisor role offers a competitive path within B.O.S.S. Retirement Solutions. The position provides a salary of USD 70,000 per year and supports remote portfolio management with occasional in-person meetings across Wasatch Front offices. You will conduct annual client reviews, drive high-level client service and asset onboarding, and operate with Series 65 and Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client annual reviews
• Execute client service and transaction requests with efficiency and precision
• Meet production targets by identifying and onboarding off-held assets with clients
• Continually enhance retirement plans using The B.O.S.S. Retirement Blueprint
• Ensure all aspects of client retirement plans are executed
• Grow the client portfolio by seeking referrals and meeting with prospective clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of financial services experience with emphasis in customer service
• Utah Life and Health Licenses required
• Series 65 required (or equivalent)
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and Mac IOS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with CRM is preferred, not required
