Job Description
Strategic in-office Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial vision for Forks Lath & Plaster, Inc., overseeing all financial operations and guiding the accounting team from Grand Forks, ND (onsite).
Responsibilities
- Steer the company’s financial vision to fuel long term growth and stability.
- Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellence across all functions.
- Craft and execute financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support sustainable profitability.
- Oversee cash flow planning, capital management, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
- 5+ years of financial leadership experience, including senior management or executive roles (required)
