Commercial Finance Manager

This hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA offers the chance to lead FP&A for a portfolio of US product offerings, build robust financial models, and collaborate with business leaders to drive EBITDA growth and strategic initiatives. You will own budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring compliance with financial regulations, partnering with cross-functional teams to support commercial strategies, and communicating insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A cycle for a portfolio of US product offerings and build and maintain financial models to guide leadership decisions
• Act as a trusted business partner to promote transparency, growth, profitability, and sound decision making
• Deliver data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to support EBITDA growth and transformation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable effective commercial strategies and initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Maintain and advance compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance or related roles, preferably in the tech or service sector
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a commercial finance capacity
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with financial modeling and analytical tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior managerial or leadership experience is a plus
• Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in the Pittsburgh office
