Finance Manager

Onsite finance management role at Princeville at Hanalei Community Association in Princeville, HI, handling hands-on accounting, reporting, and budgeting support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage accounting systems and financial records
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting reports
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
• Support annual budget development and track performance against budget
• Assist with financial system setup, maintenance, and improvements
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
• Review financial data and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation

• Salary range: $95,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on experience
