Kyler Professional Search presents the Financial Advisor role as a hybrid remote opportunity based in Dallas, Texas. This Relationship Manager position serves ultra-high-net-worth clients, overseeing a self-directed book of $5 million to $25 million in assets and delivering high-touch relationship management, education, and tailored financial guidance. The compensation range is USD 75,000 to 130,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead relationship manager for a dedicated roster of self-directed ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring a stable, high-touch client experience.
  • Foster strong trust and loyalty by anticipating client needs and aligning solutions through education and thoughtful guidance.
  • Conduct advanced conversations on topics including advisory partnerships, share of wallet expansion, private equity, trusts, margin strategies, and charitable giving.
  • Strategically grow and manage the book of business while contributing to retention and expansion initiatives.
  • Engage clients with genuine curiosity and empathy, grounded in a clear understanding of their financial goals and values.
  • Provide outstanding service by proactively addressing issues, handling complex requests, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the organization’s products and services to strengthen client relationships, supported by comprehensive training.

Requirements

  • Active or eligible FINRA registration, including SIE, Series 7, and either 63/65 or 66; certain designations may substitute per compliance.
  • SIE and Series 7 required prior to start; Series 66 may be obtained after start.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a book of business in financial services.
  • 2+ years of experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred.
  • A consultative, relationship-first mindset with a passion for guiding clients through complex financial decisions.
  • Comfort discussing investments and planning topics such as ETFs, mutual funds, estate and legacy planning, and charitable giving.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating strong learning agility and leadership potential.
