Responsibilities

Develop and expand a personal client base through referrals, networking, community involvement, and targeted outreach.
Meet with clients to assess goals and craft comprehensive financial plans spanning protection, investments, retirement, college planning, and business considerations.
Present tailored solutions and ensure smooth implementation while delivering outstanding client service.
Collaborate with firm resources and internal teams to provide integrated service and holistic planning.
Maintain precise CRM records and ensure adherence to firm policies and regulatory standards.
Pursue ongoing professional development, licensing, and certifications with firm support.
Represent The Lowery Group at local events and community activities to expand the Cape Girardeau presence.

Requirements

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional with a client-service orientation.
Minimum of one year in a client-facing role in sales, financial services, insurance, or related fields preferred.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
Goal-oriented with a track record of building relationships and delivering results.
Willingness to work in the office during standard hours and participate in occasional after-hours or weekend events.
Willingness and ability to obtain state insurance licenses and FINRA registrations as required; the firm provides licensing support and training.
Valid driver’s license.
