Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst role in Fosber America, Inc., onsite in Green Bay, WI, supporting the VP of Finance and Controller with reporting, analyses, budgeting, month-end close, and related projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill a range of internal reporting requests.
• Support the month-end close activities and ensure timely financial accuracy.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances to maintain clean ledgers.
• Analyze cost accounting data and prepare actionable reports for management.
• Contribute to Fosber's month-end consolidation process.
• Assist with the annual budgeting cycle and the year-end close activities.
• Support the annual audit process, coordinating with auditors as needed.
• Leverage ERP reporting capabilities to generate required reports and insights.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three to five years of related accounting experience, with manufacturing industry exposure.
