What we offer

This full‑time, on‑site FP&A role is based in Los Angeles, placing you at the center of a global entertainment organization with an international footprint. You will collaborate directly with senior finance leadership while supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting across multiple U.S. entities. The package includes a competitive annual salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, along with health insurance and paid time off. Fluency in English and Korean is required, and the position offers growth potential in a fast‑paced corporate finance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly forecast updates
  • Conduct monthly variance analyses and share actionable insights with leadership
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support long‑term planning
  • Analyze cash flow to inform operational decisions
  • Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
  • Prepare and present financial reports to global leadership
  • Reconcile differences between US GAAP and IFRS and explain variances
  • Collaborate with teams to oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Strengthen internal controls and refine financial processes

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
  • Fluency in English and Korean is required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP
  • Analytical thinker with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
