General Ledger Accountant ( Clean Up Project)

TDL Staffing is seeking a General Ledger Accountant for a multi-entity cleanup project in Fairbanks, AK (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger accounts across multiple entities
• Create and post journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet line items
• Aid in month-end and year-end close activities
• Support financial reporting, audits, and management reporting needs
• Collaborate with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and project teams
• Administer fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Drive process improvements and optimize ERP system performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of general ledger experience, multi-entity exposure preferred
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Proficient with accounting software, with Sage 100 Contractor and/or Deltek Costpoint preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency and meticulous attention to detail

Compensation

Compensation: USD 35 per hour
