Personal Financial Representative - WV

This role invites experienced financial professionals to establish and grow a personal financial services practice under the Allstate brand, backed by resources designed to help you expand your client base and serve your community. Based in a hybrid remote setting in West Virginia, you will collaborate with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business and create additional revenue streams while expanding your footprint in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own financial services practice with backing from Allstate.
• Collaborate with Allstate Agency owners to generate new business in your community and tap into additional revenue streams.
• Conduct in-person meetings with customers within a typical agency office setting.
• Partner with a team of licensed professionals to build deep client relationships and receive leads.
• Receive leads generated by Allstate agency owners.
• Leverage the Allstate brand and available resources to expand your practice in the local community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in life insurance or financial services.
• State Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses (as applicable).
• A blended approach to selling that combines protection and asset accumulation.
