COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The position offers a total compensation range of $100,000 to $130,000 in the first year, including commission and performance incentives tied to sales results and client retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Management: allocate effort between prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships to optimize acquisition and retention
- Relationship Portfolio Oversight: oversee a diverse set of client relationships, maintaining regular communication and delivering outstanding service
- Revenue Generation: drive new sales while identifying expansion opportunities within current client bases
- Client Needs Assessment: conduct thorough financial reviews to understand evolving client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Strategic Account Planning: create and execute account strategies that deepen relationships and reveal growth opportunities
- Client Advocacy: serve as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met across all service touchpoints
- Sales Process Management: manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding
- Market Engagement: represent the company at networking events and industry functions to broaden your professional network
REQUIREMENTS
- Sales Experience: 3 to 5 years combining sales and relationship management experience
- Sales Success: proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Strategic Mindset: ability to think strategically about immediate opportunities and long-term relationship development
- Organizational Skills: strong project management abilities to handle multiple clients, prospects, and initiatives simultaneously
- Technology Proficiency: experience with CRM systems and relationship management tools is helpful
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or sales
