Senior Boomi SOA Developer

Golden State Foods is seeking a Senior Boomi SOA Developer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of integration solutions on the Boomi platform. This onsite role is based in Irvine, CA, offering a salary range of USD 110,000 to 140,000 per year and requiring a minimum of 10 years of integration experience. The successful candidate will translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate across SaaS and on‑prem systems to keep ERP, warehouse, BI, and corporate applications running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement Boomi integration solutions (REST APIs, EDIs, XML, JSON, Flat file).
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
• Work with SaaS and on‑prem systems (JDE, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Azure D365, AWS Redshift, Lawson, etc.).
• Provide architecture‑level support, performance tuning, and reusable component development.
• Implement Boomi AI Agents for new interfaces and processes.
• Provide on‑call support for ERP, warehouse, BI, and corporate application integrations.
• Support and maintain X12 EDI integrations across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and HR.
• Maintain documentation for development, testing, and enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and testing integrations (Boomi preferred).
• Boomi certification required.
• Experience with X12 EDI integrations.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns: ESB, ETL, SOAP/REST, MOM, JMS.
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, Redshift, Oracle).
• Experience with Java, Groovy, and JavaScript scripting.
• Understanding of cloud/SaaS architecture and application infrastructure components.
