Job Description

Golden State Foods is seeking a Senior Boomi SOA Developer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of integration solutions on the Boomi platform. This onsite role is based in Irvine, CA, offering a salary range of USD 110,000 to 140,000 per year and requiring a minimum of 10 years of integration experience. The successful candidate will translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate across SaaS and on‑prem systems to keep ERP, warehouse, BI, and corporate applications running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement Boomi integration solutions (REST APIs, EDIs, XML, JSON, Flat file).
Gather and translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
Work with SaaS and on‑prem systems (JDE, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Azure D365, AWS Redshift, Lawson, etc.).
Provide architecture‑level support, performance tuning, and reusable component development.
Implement Boomi AI Agents for new interfaces and processes.
Provide on‑call support for ERP, warehouse, BI, and corporate application integrations.
Support and maintain X12 EDI integrations across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and HR.
Maintain documentation for development, testing, and enhancements.

Requirements

10+ years of experience designing and testing integrations (Boomi preferred).
Boomi certification required.
Experience with X12 EDI integrations.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns: ESB, ETL, SOAP/REST, MOM, JMS.
Experience with databases (SQL Server, Redshift, Oracle).
Experience with Java, Groovy, and JavaScript scripting.
Understanding of cloud/SaaS architecture and application infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

Support the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including analysis of current configurations and design of scalable cloud solutions.
Develop and enhance functionality within Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and work with Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Order Management).
Build and maintain integrations between Fusion, legacy systems, and other enterprise applications.
Develop technical solutions using SQL/PLSQL, Oracle APEX, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to translate business needs into system enhancements.
Support BI tools such as Hyperion and OBIEE.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both development and production environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or a related field.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and working knowledge of Fusion SCM modules.
Previous experience with Oracle EBS, particularly in environments migrating to Fusion.
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and relational database technologies.
Experience with Oracle APEX and REST-based integrations.
BI experience using Hyperion and OBIEE.
Knowledge of cloud integrations or middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and a self-motivated, solution-focused approach.
