Sr. Controller Americas

REGO-FIX AG offers a senior finance leadership role based onsite in Whitestown, IN. As Sr. Controller Americas, you will drive financial strategy, planning, and strategic reporting for RFUS and LATAM, collaborating closely with RFUS and LATAM leadership while reporting to the RFCH CFO. This position provides an opportunity to shape capital allocation, risk management, and internal controls across two regions.

Responsibilities

• Help management develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy aligned with long term goals
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements for RFUS and LATAM, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
• Maintain SOPs documenting policies and procedures and uphold strong internal controls
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk
• Lead and mentor the finance team
• Collaborate with outside PEO and internal staff to lead the HR function within RFUS
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and capital allocation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the RFUS President, LATAM General Manager, board, and other stakeholders
• Direct 2 to 3 reports within the Finance / HR Team
• Oversee accountancy firms conducting financial reporting in Brazil and Mexico
• Assess and manage financial risks including investments, debt, and operational risks
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness; oversee CPA review and audit preparation
• Develop policies to mitigate financial and operational risks
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions
• Collaborate with the RFCH CFO to optimize capital structure and secure cost effective access to capital
• Provide in depth financial analysis and reporting to support organizational goals
• Monitor KPIs and recommend performance improvement strategies
• Present financial updates to the board of directors and stakeholders
• Work with LATAM personnel to develop and achieve financial goals

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience: 7+ years in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in the relevant industry; experience with operations in other countries is a plus
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial tools
• Bi lingual fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is advantageous but not mandatory

Reporting of the Position

The role reports functionally to the Chief Financial Officer – REGO-FIX AG (RFCH). The RFCH CFO meets weekly with the position. The incumbent works closely with the President of RFUS and the General Manager of LATAM, who meet monthly. Day to day, the position reports to the General Manager of RFUS.
