Job Description

D365 Developer role in Rosemont, IL onsite at Batory Foods, focused on designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, customize, and extend D365 F&O solutions leveraging X++ and C# to align with business requirements.
Draft technical specifications derived from functional and business designs.
Develop, debug, and maintain custom modules, extensions, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
Assist with data migrations, system upgrades, and manage environments across Dev, UAT, and Production.
Collaborate with business partners to translate needs into technical requirements.
Participate in code reviews and help advance development practices and quality standards.
Deliver ongoing technical support and issue resolution for D365 F&O environments.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for built features and configurations.
Keep up to date with D365 F&O capabilities and related technology trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Technical Developer.
Hands-on experience with D365 F&O customizations and integrations.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, or Event Grid.
Proficient in X++ with additional C# experience preferred.
Familiarity with D365 F&O development tools, extensions, and customization practices.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaborative skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the research, design, development, implementation, and integration of financial systems to support the firm’s finance and accounting functions.
Architect, analyze, design, test, implement, troubleshoot and maintain new and existing financial applications.
Maintain balance and system coherency between Finance and Accounting applications and the existing IT infrastructure.
Understand the SQL table structures of the various Finance & Accounting software systems to develop reporting and ad hoc queries; primary data source is 3E.
