About the Ultra High Net Worth Team

Schwab's Ultra High Net Worth team is part of the broader Investor Services Organization. The group provides advice and counsel to individuals and families regarding wealth management needs, including retirement planning, education, investment management, estate and tax planning, active investing, managed banking, and lending requirements.

Your Role

As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) for Ultra High Net Worth, you will bring a passion for customer service to a role that supports growth within the financial services industry. You will play a pivotal role in the operational success of the Wealth Services Schwab branches, working under the guidance of the Client Relationship Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience. Your work will focus on maintaining service levels, addressing client escalations, and delivering resolutions that satisfy client, branch, and company needs. Building strong, personal relationships with clients is central to our business strategy. There is a clear growth path and ample opportunities to deepen your expertise.

Licensing

Licensing requirements for this role are not mandatory, but the Series 7 and 63 licenses are highly preferred and recommended for the Ultra High Net Worth team. Schwab will support you in achieving the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses to support your career development within Schwab.

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years of Client/Customer Service experience

This role belongs to the Branch Network and focuses on delivering Wealth Management services to individuals and families to meet their financial objectives. Working with the Senior Wealth Consultant, the Wealth Consultant Partner helps build and oversee a high-net-worth wealth management practice. Required minimum skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
