We offer an onsite opportunity for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead our finance department with energy, professionalism, and a customer‑focused approach. In this role you will guide clients through financing options, streamline loan processing, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while partnering with the sales team to deliver an exceptional buying experience. Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete financing process, including loan approvals, credit analysis, and contract preparation, ensuring precision and adherence to TILA regulations.
• Foster strong customer relationships by understanding financial needs and delivering tailored financing solutions that improve the vehicle purchasing journey.
• Perform thorough credit assessments using financial software and execute essential math calculations to determine suitable financing options.
• Negotiate loan terms with customers, clearly explaining options, rates, and payment structures to enable informed decisions.
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and other dealership offerings to boost value for customers and revenue for the dealership.
• Handle title transfers and processing, ensuring timely and accurate documentation completion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support automobile sales through effective financing strategies and superior customer service.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in automotive finance management or as a loan officer in a dealership setting.
• Strong customer relationship management skills to build trust and loyalty throughout the financing process.
• Expertise in financial services including credit analysis, loan processing, contracts, and title processing procedures.
• Excellent negotiation abilities with the confidence to upsell without pressure tactics.
• Proficiency with financial software systems and efficient 10-key data entry skills.
• Knowledge of TILA regulations to ensure lending practices comply with federal law.
• Solid understanding of automobile sales processes combined with a commitment to delivering a top‑tier customer experience.
• Basic math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and creditworthiness assessments.
