Job Description
Join HRT of TN LLC in Nashville for a Director of Corporate Finance role that blends analytical rigor with strategic impact. This onsite position provides critical support to the First Vice President of Corporate Finance and the CFO, including updating the corporate model, delivering ad-hoc analyses, compiling Board materials and monthly presentations, and backing Capital Markets and Investor Relations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment analysis
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced financial modeling skills and strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment analysis
- Deep understanding of REIT and real estate financial metrics, public company reporting requirements, and capital markets
- Experience preparing Board and investor-facing materials
- Knowledge of valuation, cost of capital, risk / return trade-offs and GAAP accounting concepts
- Ability to produce in-depth peer company research
- Interest and aptitude to utilize tech-enabled analytical tools
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
