Financial Analyst 3

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Heathrow, Florida on-site team. This role reports to the Finance Manager and is focused on budgeting, forecasting, internal financial reporting, KPI metrics, and variance analysis to support multi-site operations. The position offers a salary range of USD 95,000 to 120,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual budget and periodic forecasts, and prepare detailed budget schedules covering operating expenses, capital expenditures, sales, margin, profitability, and headcount.
• Maintain a focus on P&L for all revenue and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to research and report variance analysis and allocations.
• Report key performance indicators (KPI), dashboard metrics, and handle ad hoc projects.
• Assist with budget, cost, and variance analysis.
• Experience in a larger matrix-type company with multi-state and multi-site operations is preferred.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Five or more years of related experience; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Strong systems proficiency with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, SUMIFS, and more).
• Power BI and/or Power Query knowledge is advantageous for identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
