Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Controller in daily accounting tasks and routine financial operations
- Aid in month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Compile, review, and reconcile financial reports and schedules
- Contribute to regulatory and internal financial reporting as needed
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to learn and build reporting tools and dashboards
- Handle ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree
- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn data analytics and report writing
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
