The Financial Analyst will conduct detailed financial analysis, develop business cases for new departments or projects, and collaborate with clinical and internal leadership teams. The position requires leveraging financial software, data visualization, and quantitative research to inform decision making. The role is based in Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities

Budgeting & forecasting
Financial reporting
Building business cases for new departments/projects
Supporting financial operations across departments such as ER, Pathology, Pharmacy, etc.
Collaborating with clinical and internal leadership teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5–7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or related field
Prior healthcare finance experience (required)
