Role overview

Part-Time Finance Advisor / CFO‑level support role for a multi-state real estate investment company, focused on financial visibility, KPI tracking, and strategic oversight across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

Review and organize financial records
Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and reports
Provide clarity on cash flow and overall profitability
Advise on deal‑level financials (flip vs. buy‑and‑hold)
Build dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Track and analyze: Cost per lead (CPL)
Track and analyze: Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Track and analyze: Overall cost of operations
Evaluate lead quality and conversion performance
Identify which marketing channels and ads are performing best
Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and ROI across the business

Requirements

Strong background in finance, accounting, or CFO‑level strategy
Experience with real estate investments preferred
Experience tracking KPIs, marketing performance, and business metrics
Comfortable working with multi‑entity financials and cash flow
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Tech‑savvy with spreadsheets, accounting software, and CRMs
