Job Description

Northwest Premier Auto Sales in Wenatchee invites a results-driven Sales Finance Manager to lead the F&I function with a hands-on, deal-oriented approach. This hybrid role places you at the forefront of shaping deals early in the process, coaching the sales team, and steering F&I strategy to maximize financial performance and client satisfaction.

Compensation

USD 3,000 - 15,000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the dealership F&I strategy to drive high deal volume, strong PVR, fast transaction speed, and satisfied team members and clients.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to set objectives and maximize F&I performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Northwest Premier Auto Sales F&I policies and procedures.
  • Provide daily reporting on F&I performance.
  • Maintain CIT and cash management on a daily basis.
  • Engage directly with customers, salespeople, and managers on deals.
  • Implement action plans to improve underperforming sales staff.
  • Conduct daily in-store training.
  • Lead onboarding for in-store sales managers.
  • Perform F&I test-outs for sales staff.
  • Support company initiatives and ensure legal compliance.
  • Handle other assigned duties and projects as needed.
  • Manage F&I performance to expectations with 100% compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee F&I-related receivable schedules and compliance with manufacturer incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a managerial role with strong leadership experience.
  • Minimum 3 years as an F&I Manager (not a Sales Manager).
  • At least 1 year of F&I experience required.
  • High energy, technology-focused, capable of intense multitasking, with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and interruptions.
  • Positive attitude and effective team player.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Proficient with computer systems and contemporary transaction tools.
  • Skilled in securing approvals across all credit profiles with deep knowledge of deal structures for both new and used vehicle transactions.
