Senior Equipment Finance Underwriter

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in researching and underwriting the creditworthiness of moderately complex commercial or business loan and lease requests within the Equipment Finance Underwriting function
• Review and research moderately complex requests that require in-depth evaluation
• Perform periodic reviews on assigned portfolio credits
• Maintain risk ratings and other relevant data in systems of record
• Approve loans or leases within delegated credit authority and recommend transactions beyond that authority
• Collaborate with Equipment Finance Underwriting peers, colleagues, and middle-level managers to achieve business objectives
• Work with internal and external business partners to gather information needed to make informed decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years of Equipment Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
