Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. This private equity backed services company partners with the CFO to build and scale FP&A capabilities, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow and liquidity planning, KPI development, modeling, and M&A support. The role blends strategic insight with hands-on analysis to drive growth and operational efficiency, with a salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the CFO on all aspects of financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis to support business decisions
Manage and enhance cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics across the business
Build and maintain financial models to support growth initiatives and scenario analysis
Create and enhance dashboard reporting (Power BI or similar tools)
Support M&A activities, including modeling, diligence, and integration analysis
Identify cost savings opportunities and drive operational efficiencies
Lead process improvements and help scale FP&A infrastructure
Perform ad hoc analysis for executive leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (required); MBA preferred
3–5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
Prior experience in a private equity-backed company strongly preferred
Experience in a multi-unit environment (healthcare industry a plus)
Advanced to expert-level Excel modeling skills
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
