Job Overview
The Servicing Financial Advisor plays a critical role in sustaining client relationships by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional execution of administrative and service-related tasks. The focus is on servicing existing client accounts, managing documentation, responding to client inquiries, and assisting with operational processes to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for clients, handling routine inquiries, updating accounts, and processing service requests.
- Prepare, review, and process client paperwork, including account forms, applications, and compliance documentation.
- Manage client communications through email and phone channels.
- Coordinate ongoing account maintenance tasks such as transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates.
- Maintain precise client records within CRM and internal systems.
- Collaborate with senior advisors and colleagues to ensure timely execution of client requests and smooth account operations.
- Assist in preparing account summaries, reports, and other documents for client meetings.
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements by ensuring proper documentation and timely submissions.
Requirements
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are essential.
- At least five years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- CFP designation is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
- Knowledge of financial products, retirement plans, and investment accounts.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
