Job Description

This on-site, full-time Servicing Financial Advisor role supports client relationships for RSMA Wealth Management in Portland, OR. The position offers a salary range of USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year.

Job Overview

The Servicing Financial Advisor plays a critical role in sustaining client relationships by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional execution of administrative and service-related tasks. The focus is on servicing existing client accounts, managing documentation, responding to client inquiries, and assisting with operational processes to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for clients, handling routine inquiries, updating accounts, and processing service requests.
  • Prepare, review, and process client paperwork, including account forms, applications, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage client communications through email and phone channels.
  • Coordinate ongoing account maintenance tasks such as transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates.
  • Maintain precise client records within CRM and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and colleagues to ensure timely execution of client requests and smooth account operations.
  • Assist in preparing account summaries, reports, and other documents for client meetings.
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements by ensuring proper documentation and timely submissions.

Requirements

  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are essential.
  • At least five years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • CFP designation is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
  • Knowledge of financial products, retirement plans, and investment accounts.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail, along with solid organizational and time management abilities.
  • Team-oriented with robust collaboration and professional, courteous communication skills.
