Job Description

Citizens is seeking a Wealth Advisor in Danvers, MA, to conduct in-depth client discoveries and tailor bespoke financial plans within a collaborative, branch-based environment. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, partnering with colleagues to uncover opportunities for clients and deliver a holistic suite of services across financial planning, investments, insurance, and estate planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a high quality wealth management practice and craft a personalized strategy for clients.
  • Strengthen and preserve relationships with key partners to boost client introductions and engagement.
  • Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
  • Grow existing relationships through referrals from partnerships.
  • Tailor wealth management planning to meet individual client needs.
  • Leverage knowledge from internal stakeholders and specialists to deliver services including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Active Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) registrations.
  • A valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting as a condition of employment.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Proven track record in new business development and client book management.
  • Experience in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
  • Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Pay Transparency

  • Compensation is commission-based, with earnings historically ranging from $105,000 to $250,000 per year depending on performance and productivity against the commission plan parameters.
