Job Description

Strategic in-office Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial vision for Forks Lath & Plaster, Inc., overseeing all financial operations and guiding the accounting team from Grand Forks, ND (onsite).

Responsibilities

Steer the company’s financial vision to fuel long term growth and stability.
Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellence across all functions.
Craft and execute financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support sustainable profitability.
Oversee cash flow planning, capital management, and risk mitigation initiatives.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal controls.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
5+ years of financial leadership experience, including senior management or executive roles (required)
