The Client Relationship Manager role delivers concierge-level service to a curated group of high-net-worth clients. This non-sales position prioritizes trust, discretion, and a seamless, elevated client experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a curated group of high-net-worth clients (approximately 50 relationships).
- Deliver a concierge level experience, anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction feels effortless.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure client requests are executed flawlessly.
- Build strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering white glove service to high-end clientele.
- Background in Wealth Management, Family Office, Private Banking, or a similar environment preferred.
- Experience supporting high-profile executives or serving in a high-end Executive Assistant capacity may also translate well.
- Track record of working with High Net Worth (HNW) or Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals.
- Highly polished communication skills with a proactive, service-first mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs.
