Job Description

On-site Finance Manager, Subprime Specialist, responsible for structuring deals, securing approvals for challenged credit customers, building lender relationships, and driving backend profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange financing for prime, subprime, and deep-subprime borrowers
  • Structure complex deals involving prior repossessions, low income, limited credit history, or ITIN customers
  • Submit loan applications and oversee approvals via lender portals
  • Coordinate stipulations, callbacks, and funding requirements efficiently
  • Present and promote F&I products such as warranties, GAP, wheel and tire, GPS, and paint protection
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and ready for funding
  • Collaborate with sales staff to optimize deal structure and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and finance companies

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of dealership F&I or automotive sales experience
  • Proven success working with subprime and deep-subprime customers
  • Strong knowledge of lender guidelines and deal structuring
  • Experience with lenders such as Credit Acceptance, Westlake Financial, Santander, Global Lending Services, CAC, and similar
  • Familiarity with DealerCenter, Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar systems
  • Ability to handle deals from application to funding

Compensation

$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
