Job Description
JPMorgan Chase's Latin America Private Bank is seeking an experienced client service professional to join the Miami onsite team as a Senior Client Service Associate - Vice President. This role serves as the primary contact for client service needs and leads the delivery of integrated private banking solutions in collaboration with financial advisors, product partners and operations. A minimum of 5+ years in client service is expected, with the ability to perform under pressure within a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions, including money movement, security transfers, and loan activity; manage escalated research when needed
- Adhere to the firm’s controls, policies and procedures and FINRA regulations, while safeguarding client assets against potential fraud
- Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions
- Review client activity to identify opportunities for additional products and services to enhance the client relationship
Requirements
- 5+ years of client service experience
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
