Job Description
Senior Accountant position onsite in Lakewood, NJ, joining Eminent Care Group's corporate finance team to oversee financial reporting across multiple facilities and support multi-facility operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements for multiple facilities
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support audits and regulatory financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow and intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with facility Administrators and corporate leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience in healthcare or SNF environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting is preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
