Treasury Manager

Uline, a respected name in supply chain solutions, seeks a Treasury Manager to guide a team of treasury analysts from its Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin campus. This onsite role focuses on leading cash flow efforts, safeguarding liquidity, managing banking relationships, and mitigating currency risk to support Uline's growing North American business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of treasury analysts, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient cash flow operations.
• Oversee daily cash management and investment activity, along with cash forecasts and liquidity reporting.
• Manage banking relationships and advise on fee structures and financial service agreements.
• Provide recommendations to manage foreign currency exposure and facilitate currency conversions.
• Supervise the issuance of letters of credit and performance bonds.
• Streamline treasury processes, strengthen system controls, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (finance, accounting or economics preferred)
• Minimum of five years of experience in managing treasury operations and leading teams
• Experience overseeing investments and operating in a multi-currency environment
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred
