Job Description

This Treasury Sales Associate role sits in JPMorgan Chase's Commercial Banking team in Boston, focusing on developing client Treasury solutions, managing relationships, and growing the portfolio with a three-year development plan and potential progression to Treasury Management Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Treasury Management Officer to craft client proposals, conduct cost and benefit analyses, price competitively, and build profitability models
  • Support client call preparation by assembling relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research
  • Develop a solid understanding of each client's Treasury cash management structure and objectives
  • Liaise with product partners to design comprehensive Treasury solutions
  • Analyze competitors’ products and market positioning within the client and broader market
  • Manage the sales pipeline with the TMO throughout the sales cycle to ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up, and accurate pricing and billing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three+ years of relevant banking and treasury experience
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Ambition to develop into an individual sales contributor
