Responsibilities
- Build and sustain client relationships by earning trust, understanding needs, delivering tailored advice, crafting thoughtful solutions and providing an outstanding client experience
- Drive business results and grow assets from both existing clients and new prospects
- Advise on the total balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when required
- Connect clients to the full range of JPMorgan Chase lines of business
- Ensure proposed solutions align with clients' short, medium and long term objectives through a holistic, goals based planning approach
- Adhere strictly to risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures
Requirements
- Six-plus years of work experience in private banking or financial services
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but licenses must be obtained within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts
- Focus on the client experience and advocate on the client’s behalf
